We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the spacious and clean rooms to the delicious daily menu with plenty of options, everything was perfect. The location was also convenient, just a short walk away from the heart of the village.

We stayed in a family hotel for our ski trip. the hotel was a 10-minute walk from the old village and had parking for our car. the rooms were spacious and clean, with daily towel changes. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the ski lift and had a wellness center with a pool and saunas.
The restaurant was disappointing. the coffee at breakfast wasn't good, and the waiter had a bad attitude towards guests.

This hotel is perfect for a city trip! We had a great stay and the staff was so friendly and helpful. the location is superb - walking distance to the city center and an easy ride to the ski lift. the shuttle service was always on time and the driver was very pleasant. We loved the free parking and the ski storage with warmers. the pool and saunas were clean and relaxing. the best part was the delicious Italian food, we ate like royalty! the changing menu was fantastic, and we had plenty of options to suit our tastes. the spacious and modern rooms were always clean and the towels changed every day. We also enjoyed the traditional Tyrolean dinner on one of the evenings.
The sound insulation in the rooms wasn't great, so we could hear our neighbors talking and laughing quite loudly. although it's great that children were allowed in the spa pool, they tended to be quite noisy and boisterous, making it difficult for adults to enjoy a swim or a peaceful rest.

The spa area was nice with a pool and a sauna. The shuttle service to the ski lift was convenient and fast. The location was good, close to the ski resort and the village center.
The food was not good, and the dinner didn't live up to our expectations. We could hear everything from the guests next door, which made it hard to sleep.
